Our Mission

The UMPR is a professional association that exists to support in-house physician recruiters throughout the states included in the Upper Midwest in their efforts to locate and retain quality physicians for their respective health systems, hospitals and clinic.  We will succeed in our mission by providing networking opportunities, educational programs and communications mechanisms to directly, efficiently and cost-effectively link interested physician candidates with in-house recruiters.  We will also endeavor to educate physicians about their job search process, given them the tools they need to identify and select the most ideal practice opportunity for themselves and for their families.
