What is UMPR?
If you are a physician looking for practice opportunity in the state of Upper Midwest, you will find this website to be an excellent tool for your search. More than 75 Upper Midwest Health Systems, Hospitals and Clinics are currently represented in this association. You can view the specialties needed by participating Members by reviewing the Practice Opportunities listing. If you are all Upper Midwest Health System, Hospital or Clinic looking for qualified physician candidates, Contact Us to join, the UMPR association and take advantage of the tremendous recruitment resources available to our members. At present, there are no fees to join this non-profit association.
The UMPR is a professional association that exists to support in-house physician recruiters throughout the state of Upper Midwest in their efforts to locate and retain quality physicians for their respective health systems, hospitals and clinics. We will succeed in our mission by providing networking opportunities, educational programs, and communications mechanisms to directly, efficiently and cost-effectively link interested physician candidates with in-house recruiters. We will also endeavor to educate physicians about their job search process, giving them the tools they need to identify and select the most ideal practice opportunity for themselves and for their families.
